had a villa with large bathrooms, and we loved it. all members of the staff were wonderful. the location was great, a super close walk to old town.

This hotel met the purpose, we 100% recommend to everyone. Had warm stay for 3 glorious nights and the weather was wonderful. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was yummy!

My daughter and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's lovely small hotel. I ate in the GOOD restaurant for a get-together dinner for 6 which was good priced. It was new-fashioned, unique. The location near the beach was excellent.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. They were always friendly and willing to help with any request I had. The location of this place is perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still just a short walk to the main road and the beautiful beach. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The highlight of my stay was the amazing outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and soaked up the sun on the sun terrace. The staff also provided a lovely turn-down service in the evening, which made me feel truly pampered. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Lovely small place overall, it is neat, location is particularly good close to everything. The rooms are spotless with large bathrooms and the staff are knowledgeable.

We were a group of five and had an amazing time. Hotel facilities were fantastic with a beautiful pool, lovely massage, and great food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed an incredible trip to different beaches and Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance through this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect since we were only a short distance from the beach and many restaurants.

klumpu bali resort in sanur was a dream! the warm and friendly staff made us feel like family, and the resort was impeccably clean. the breakfasts were huge and delicious, and we loved the perfect air-conditioning and inviting pool. the location was quiet but still close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Shuttle service was confusing.

The location is convenient as it is near to shops but not noisy. , it is close to the beach. The room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and has a nice shower. The service is friendly and they offer free bikes to ride around. Breakfast is delicious, especially the paleo option. The swimming pool is serene and not crowded.

The spa is small and doesn't offer a wide range of services.

We spent our New Year at this hotel and we had a great time! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the free bikes that allowed us to explore the surrounding area. The location was central and easy to find places to eat, and the staff was accommodating.

The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, especially on the upper floor where we had to rely on fans. the food we tried from the menu was not very flavorful.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also a shuttle to the airport and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The room was quite small and old-fashioned. The location was also a bit of a hassle to get to.
